Description
Grown on the slopes of the breathtaking Rulindo district of Rwanda our Nkanga coffee beans are carefully grown, picked and processed by hand.
The cherries are then transported to the Kinini washing station, built in 2012 by a charity group dedicated to help rebuild the lives of widows and orphans displaced after the 1994 Rwandan genocide. Since then the charity have generated enough funds to build a new school, sustainable water source and health centre in the area. The resulting coffee beans have produced cup of excellence lots and continue to impress with strong and individual flavours.
