The Nueva Granada farm is located within the El Tumbador area of Guatemala, found between Tajumulco and Tacana; the two highest volcanoes of Central America.
The farm is surrounded by the shade of 45,000 Macadamia trees and 50 hectares of wild woods left to flow freely into the farm. Nueva Granada is committed to ensuring that no wildlife is affected by the cultivation and production of their coffee plantations, keeping the woods and farm as naturally connected as possible. Due to the altitude and humidity in this area the beans take longer to dry enhancing their natural sweetness and flavour.
