Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Gerbota

Description
Another crazy boozey 'Natural Processed' coffee to come out of Ethiopia Yirgacheffe. This 'Gerbota' is much like the 'Aramo' that was on sale recently. It's full on blueberries but with a slightly more fermented flavour. Give this one plenty of rest and you will be rewarded with tropical notes of mango and pineapple!

You've got to buy these beans !!!Review by Alan

Without doubt the most enjoyable beans I've ever had
I'm not very good at identitying flavours , just what I like and don't like, but someone said to me :- it's like breakfast in a cup , earl grey tea and orange marmalade-
And that's exactly it - I wished I thought of it! as a long slowly extracted espresso
Finely grind 17g into 40+g
Enjoy (Posted on 09/10/2015)

I read all these tasting notes about floral, blueberries, chocolate, etc, I just don't experience it, but I tell you what I don't care if this coffee is like Wilder-beast droppings or Camels liver It is Blo**y good. (Posted on 28/09/2015)
Head turning excellent coffeeReview by Ian

Roasted yesterday, arrived today, aeropressed just now. Don't know what to say to do this justice.

Tasting notes on package say Blueberries & Xmas Spice. Well before I read that - after drinking it - I had noticed an aroma that made me think Blackberries and on tasting the strong neat liquor I got Liquorice. Diluted 50/50 the blackberries appeared in the taste. With hindsight blueberries too.

Certainly a head turning excellent coffee and can't wait to try it as a espresso/flat white. (Posted on 11/09/2015)
