Description
Our El Salvador coffee is grown on the Jasal farm on the Apaneca-ilamatapec volcanic mountain range on the western side of the country. The Jasal farm is a family run business that has been farming and cultivating coffee in their fields for over 100 years. The long term success of the farm has definatly come from their passion and appreciation for consistant and excellent quality of coffee.

The farm is situated amoungst a chain of more than twenty volcanoes clustered in groups and overshadowed by the live ilamaptapec volcano, standing at nearly 8,000 meteres above sea level. The constantly active volcanic lava flow underneath the farm makes for the rich and fertile soil that aids the growth of the beans and produces the deep and exciting flavours of Cocoa, Pecans and jammy fruits.

if you were looking for something that embodies the thick sweetness of Central American coffee then look no further!
