Our Honduras coffee comes from the Liquidambar farm in the mountainous region of San Marcos, grown at 1,530 meters altitude and surrounded by 14 acres of natural forrest. These wonderful completely organic beans are certainly one of a kind, with a strong deep Chocolate taste accompanied by sweet peach and winey flavours.

The Liquidambar farmers started as a pioneering group of individuals that decided to come together with the same passion to develop a new 100% organic coffee and a fully sustainable farm in the area. They use every part of the coffee beans to upkeep the farm with as minimal waste as possible, creating their own organic fertilisers and composts. This is also our only Honey process coffee! Combining aspects from both wet process and natural to keep the sweetness of the beans and the use of water in production to a minimum.

This makes our Honduras coffee more Eco friendly, completely organic and beautifully unique!
