Description
Our El Salvador coffee is grown on the family run Jasal farm found within a chain of more than twenty volcanoes clustered in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec volcanic mountain range.
The Jasal family have been cultivating coffee in their fields for over 100 years, constantly producing well respected excellent coffee. Living in these dangerous areas impose massive threat to villages and farms along the slopes of live volcanoes; often resulting in devastating repercussions. However the active lava flowing underneath the farm makes for the rich and fertile soils that aid the growth of the coffee beans and produce incredible deep and full bodied flavours.
